All consulting services, information and products provided on the site are for informational and self-help purchases only and are not to be a substitute for professional legal advice.
Janitorial Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the consulting services, services and products offered on this site, or the performance of the consulting services and products.

>Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Janitorial Consulting, LLC., their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of use of consulting services, services and products.

>Hourly Consulting Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. You are responsible for ensuring that Janitorial Consulting, LLC received your written request. Janitorial Consulting will reply with written email acknowledgement.
If you cancel more than seven business days prior to your consulting appointment, your consulting fee will be fully refunded.

If you cancel seven or less business days prior to your consulting appointment, 50% of the consulting fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice prior to the consulting appointment date, or failure to appear for the consulting meeting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee.

Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of two business days’ notice. If possible, consulting will be rescheduled to another available time slot, preferably within two weeks of the originally scheduled date. 

Janitorial Consulting, LLC reserves the right to cancel a consulting meeting at any time. If Janitorial Consulting, LLC cancels the consulting meeting due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Janitorial Consulting, LLC you are entitled to re-schedule the consulting meeting based upon availability.

Due to the non-refundable nature of the “Program Manual” once you have received it you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase. There are no refunds for payments already made and all sales are final.

>Annual “Janitorial Bidding Program” Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for payments already made for the “annual bidding program “.
Renewals of the annual bidding program can be cancelled with a 30 written notice by email, telephone call or mail.

>Privacy Policy
Janitorial Consulting, LLC uses your information we collect from you to personalize your experience, improve our website, improve customer service, process transactions and send periodic emails. We do not share your information with any other source.

>Payments Transactions
Janitorial Consulting, LLC website offers consulting services, services and products for sale. The website does not handle payments for services directly but rather refers these payments to a secure third-party processor which handles all aspects of the payment process. Once we are notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, and that the payment successfully passed review consulting services, services and products will be scheduled or shipped.
